Feel-Good Movies This is a growing list of Life Affirming Films, to take with you to the video store, when you’re unsure of what to hire, for feeding your mind. Remember, all those the images and ideas, that you allow to reach your conscious mind, are taken up by your subconscious thoughts.

Empowering Audios Enjoy hours of listening with this list of my favorite Self Growth Audios. Some of these are brief vignettes and others are an hour, or longer, in duration. Many are also easy to download on your iPod or computer. I'll often revisit this site myself, to empower my life.

Visualization Tools As well, I have added this personally selected collection of Visualization Tools that will help expand your creative mind and build your ability to use visualization and your imaginative mind power. I particularly recommend the vision board and the mind movie tools.
